  • When do you need to Sealcoat my asphalt for the first time?

    Best case is one year after your driveway or parking lot has been paved.

  • How is sealcoat applied?

    Brush, squeegee, and spray. Most home driveways will be squeegeed and most business will be sprayed. Brushing will be used on the edges of both.

  • How often should I reseal my driveway/parking lot?

    Every 3-5 years. Though there are factors that might increase or decrease that time frame. Our estimator or team leaders will be able to tell you on site.

  • How long until we can walk/drive on our driveway?

    Typically you can walk on your driveway within 6 hours. For driving we highly recommend 48 hours if possible. Weather can also play a positive or negative effect on those timelines. If you think you will have trouble with those timelines it is best to reach out to our estimator to come up with a game plan.

  • What do I need to do before you arrive?

    Turn off automatic sprinklers, move all vehicles to the street, lock up all pets, And bring trash to the curb if your delivery is in a few days.
